Talk 107 a Scottish radio station sent us an "Aussie" to learn the bagpipes for St Andrews Day.

after a days practice he could play "The Skye Boat song" with only minimal errors on the full pipes.

A credit to our teaching (also praise must be given to the fact he played the recorder at school which no doubt helped)

we also had a competition to win a set of Highland bagpipes and this was won by Rory aged 7 from West Caulder.

Its not every day we get a Rap Band in the shop but last week we had a visitfrom Public Enemy (Flavor Flav) then two days later he's on stage in Glasgow playing the set he bought from us! So much for seven years practice.
